What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 500 sqm per design for SPC and laminate flooring, 200 meters per profile for skirting, and 1,000 rolls for underlay. We can consolidate multiple designs in one container. For first-time trial orders, we may accept lower MOQs - please contact our sales team to discuss.

What are your payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of bill of lading. For established customers, we accept L/C at sight and 30-day open account backed by Sinosure credit insurance. The first order is always T/T.

How long is the production lead time?

Production takes 25 - 35 days for all product lines. Lead time starts from deposit receipt. Add 7-10 days for ocean shipping from Shanghai to most global ports.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we provide free samples (cut pieces 100x100mm or full planks up to 300mm) to qualified buyers. Samples are shipped within 5 working days via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express. Buyers cover shipping cost; we refund the sample shipping fee on first order above 1 container.

Can I customize the flooring designs and packaging?

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services: custom colors, exclusive embossing plates, branded cartons, custom labels, and unique plank dimensions. Branded packaging requires vector artwork (AI or PDF) and 2 weeks lead time for first production. MOQ applies.

Which skirting material is best: MDF, WPC, or SPC?

MDF (HDF) is the economical choice for dry interiors; WPC adds moisture resistance for kitchens and bathrooms; SPC is the premium waterproof option that matches SPC flooring perfectly. If your floors are SPC, choose SPC skirting; for laminate projects, MDF or WPC both work well.

Can skirting colors exactly match my flooring?

We color-match skirting to all SHUCHAN SPC and laminate designs using the same decor papers and heat-transfer finishes. Send us your design code or a plank sample with your order, and we confirm the matching before production begins.

How is the skirting installed?

Two methods: construction adhesive directly onto the wall, or hidden clips that allow removal for repainting. For concrete walls use adhesive; for drywall, clips are faster. Calculate quantities at one 2.4-2.9m piece per wall run plus 5-10% cutting waste.
