What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 500 sqm per design for SPC and laminate flooring, 200 meters per profile for skirting, and 1,000 rolls for underlay. We can consolidate multiple designs in one container. For first-time trial orders, we may accept lower MOQs - please contact our sales team to discuss.

What are your payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of bill of lading. For established customers, we accept L/C at sight and 30-day open account backed by Sinosure credit insurance. The first order is always T/T.

How long is the production lead time?

Production takes 25 - 35 days for all product lines. Lead time starts from deposit receipt. Add 7-10 days for ocean shipping from Shanghai to most global ports.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we provide free samples (cut pieces 100x100mm or full planks up to 300mm) to qualified buyers. Samples are shipped within 5 working days via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express. Buyers cover shipping cost; we refund the sample shipping fee on first order above 1 container.

Can I customize the flooring designs and packaging?

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM services: custom colors, exclusive embossing plates, branded cartons, custom labels, and unique plank dimensions. Branded packaging requires vector artwork (AI or PDF) and 2 weeks lead time for first production. MOQ applies.

Do I need underlay under SPC flooring?

If your planks do not have pre-attached IXPE, yes. Underlay smooths minor subfloor imperfections, reduces footstep noise, and adds a vapor barrier over concrete. If your SPC already has attached pad, an extra layer is not needed - stacking underlays creates soft spots that stress the click joints.

Which underlay thickness is best?

1.5-2.0mm IXPE for SPC and LVT; 2-3mm EVA foam for laminate; 3-4mm natural cork where premium acoustics matter. Going thicker than recommended does not improve comfort - it increases joint stress and can void the flooring warranty.

Can underlay be used over underfloor heating?

Yes, but choose a thin, low thermal-resistance type: max 1.5-2mm IXPE or a dedicated heat-transfer underlay with an R-value below 0.15 m2K/W. Thick foam or rubber underlay insulates the floor and blocks heat from reaching the room.

We manufacture a full range of underlay products: IXPE (cross-linked polyethylene foam) for SPC and LVT, EVA foam for laminate, EPE for basic cushioning, and natural cork for premium acoustic performance. Rolls are 16.9m long and 1.1m wide, suitable for residential and commercial installations. Custom thicknesses and densities available on request.
